Bought inoa hair colour with loreal developer. It cost me around 1800 rupees. Applied hair color for 1 hour. No colour came on hair. No grey coverage. When I mixed the cream and developer, no colour change appeared as usually occurs. 200% fake products. Refund my money!

It is not coloring my grey hair. Idk why this is happening, but it is really not working on my hair. I'm very disappointed with the product.
